Ad Submission Guidelines

 

File Specifications

- Preferred file format: PDF, high resolution (300 dpi)

- Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG

- Color mode: CMYK

- All fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines

 

Design Requirements

- Full-page ads should include a 0.125-inch bleed on all sides

- Important content should be within the safe area (0.25 inches from the edge)

- Quarter and Half-page ads should not include bleeds or crop marks

 

Submission Process

1. Ensure your ad meets the specified dimensions and design requirements.

2. Name your file with your company name and ad size (e.g., CompanyName_FullPage.pdf).

3. Submit your ad via email to persephoneliterary@gmail.com by the submission deadline.

 

Payment

- Payments should be made via Venmo or through the provided website link three days after acceptance.

- Please include your company name and ad size in the payment reference.

 

Additional Notes

- We reserve the right to reject any ad that does not meet our quality standards or is deemed inappropriate for our audience.

- Any necessary adjustments or corrections to your ad will be communicated promptly.
